We will get back to you at the earliest and may ask you to share photos of the damaged/wrong item(s). Upon confirmation, you to courier the item to us. Once the product has been received and inspected by us, replacement shall be dispatched to you in case of confirmed fault. In case of return of products, a reverse pick-up shall be arranged from your registered address with our designated courier service. Reverse pick-up will be charged.

If you have paid the amount through credit/debit card or net-banking, the refund will be given to the same card/account. In case you have paid cash on delivery, we will ask you your bank details and a bank transfer to the same account shall be initiated.
